Call for Artists
Applications are being accepted for the Fred P. Giles Gallery season for Fall 2018 and Fall 2019. Interested artists should submit a PDF portfolio that includes a cover letter, one page résumé, artist statement, list of works with dimensions and medium, and ten digital images of artwork. Each image should be numbered and titled (ex: 1.Title.Jeg). Email these to Esther.Randall@eku.edu.
– Established in 1973, Giles Gallery exhibits well-established and promising emerging artists from not only the region but nationally as well. Exhibitions change on a monthly basis during the academic year, but is closed over the summer.
The Fred Parker Giles Gallery, named for a distinguished past Professor of Art, is located off the main lobby of the Campbell Building. Spacious, well-lit, and flexible, the gallery extends through two levels and accommodates large and/or multiple exhibits. the gallery.
